WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND USED OR OPENED ITEMS.
We understand that things happen, so we will gladly exchange unopened
products in their original condition within 14 business days from your online
purchase minus shipping charges and applied discounts.
Please notify us via email if you will be exchanging a product you have purchased online at info@shinebeautycollective.com. List your invoice number and reasons for the exchange.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once the merchandise has arrived back to us and has been inspected,
we will then issue a store credit.
